We are now looking for a doer who understands the underlying strategy and can translate it into great design experiences.<!--more-->We expect pixel perfection, persistence and stamina to make sure projects aren\u2019t just perfect in the end, but also move that extra mile beyond expectations.<\/p>\n<p>Our designers are a central part of a team of planners, art directors, copywriters, media\/pr strategists, and coders. You will be doing everything from designing web pages, UX\/UI design, digital service design, direct photo shoots, design physical installations\u00a0and\u00a0even good old print ads. Your focus will always be on how everything we create looks and feels amazing. For us design isn\u2019t static; it moves, talks, sings and vibrates. You will need to think in three dimensions, static print, moving animations and how people interact with your design. We don\u2019t care if it\u2019s digital or analog as long as it's always centered around the user and consumer to solve our clients\u2019 business challenges. Sometimes you will design keynote presentations or banners because hey, life isn\u2019t always glamour and every little piece is as important on the route to success. You will need to get your hands dirty to make our clients shine.You\u00a0are probably schooled in digital design and have<\/p>\n<p>You are probably schooled in digital design and have\u00a0learnt\u00a0through the years how to adapt your thinking to the analog world, not the opposite.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have at least five years of experience<\/li>\n<li>Thrive in an open feedback culture<\/li>\n<li>Are comfortable in doing client presentations<\/li>\n<li>Are fluent in Adobe CS, Sketch + eager to learn and explore other tools to stand in the forefront of your profession<\/li>\n<li>Have a multidisciplinary mindset<\/li>\n<li>Love typography<\/li>\n<li>Are a nice person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About Perfect Fools<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Perfect Fools is an international communications agency that embraces the now and new to solve business challenges through innovation and creativity.
