We are now looking for a doer who understands the underlying strategy and can translate it into great design experiences.We expect pixel perfection, persistence and stamina to make sure projects aren’t just perfect in the end, but also move that extra mile beyond expectations.

Our designers are a central part of a team of planners, art directors, copywriters, media/pr strategists, and coders. You will be doing everything from designing web pages, UX/UI design, digital service design, direct photo shoots, design physical installations and even good old print ads. Your focus will always be on how everything we create looks and feels amazing. For us design isn’t static; it moves, talks, sings and vibrates. You will need to think in three dimensions, static print, moving animations and how people interact with your design. We don’t care if it’s digital or analog as long as it's always centered around the user and consumer to solve our clients’ business challenges. Sometimes you will design keynote presentations or banners because hey, life isn’t always glamour and every little piece is as important on the route to success. You are probably schooled in digital design and have learnt through the years how to adapt your thinking to the analog world, not the opposite.

  • Have at least five years of experience
  • Thrive in an open feedback culture
  • Are comfortable in doing client presentations
  • Are fluent in Adobe CS, Sketch + eager to learn and explore other tools to stand in the forefront of your profession
  • Have a multidisciplinary mindset
  • Love typography
  • Are a nice person

ABOUT YOU
Your experience is broad but you have a particularly good grip on the digital and film production process, from ordering to planning and all the way through delivery. You have at least three years of relevant experience and you are comfortable working with both Swedish and international clients. This means you’re excellent at English, both spoken and written. Beyond that, you have an advantage if you’re a pleasant and enjoyable person who have a fun perspective on life.
